Yes, you can save a design that you’re working on, without checking out, by clicking “save project” icon in the top right of the customizer.
You will be prompted to save the project with a name. When you come back and login to your Banner Goat account, visit the My Account page, and continue editing your saved project.
We have removed the DIY banner proofing tool for the time being until it is replaced with a more user-friendly application.
After checkout, we will email you a design proof for your banner. You can request as many revisions as you need until you are happy with the final proof.
There will be no physical banner proof sent. If you have any additional details or changes after checking out, please email email@example.com or use the contact form.
Almost all aspects of your design can be personalized.
For any design element that is editable, you can click to edit it. You can also change many text items by using the Edit form available from the right customizer menu.
You will see edit options on the customizer toolbar at the top of the screen. Some editing may be limited, such as image placement or sizing, depending on your selected design. Some background elements are “baked into the design” and cannot be changed.
Upload photos or logos while you are personalizing a banner.
In order to upload a new photo, click the placeholder image, or click the Images button on the left side of the customizer.
To replace an image with another, click on the image that is currently in your design, and you will be able to upload a new image to replace it.
Please use JPG or PNG image file types.
- Files should be at least 300 KB.
- Images that are too small to print will have a warning symbol once you’ve placed them on your design.
- If there are any issues with the quality of your images during production, the Banner Goat support team will be in contact with you to make changes.

We use state of the art printers to produce vibrant, photographic quality banners. The banner materials are highly durable for indoor or outdoor use.
All banners are printed in and shipped from within the US.
The full printing process typically takes 1-2 business days. Our daily order cutoff time is 1pm Pacific, so if you order after 1pm (which is perfectly fine), please allow one additional business day for printing.
All orders enter our queue, are visually checked, printed, and then optionally finished with either grommets or pole pockets.
Our quality assurance and shipping team then checks and ships your banner to you.
Our banners are high-quality and eco-friendly. We are proud to offer affordable green banners and production.
We use latex water-based inks that can withstand the harshest outdoor conditions, while being better for the environment.
Most banner companies still use harsh/toxic inks and production that are not only bad for the environment, but are known to cause cancer.
Banner grommets are circular metal add-ons on the corners of banners. These strengthened holes can be used to hang your banner with anything from bungee cords to zip ties or rope, while protecting your banner from tearing due to high wind or long term use.
Banner pole pockets are holes that allow your banner to be held up or displayed with poles. We add pole pockets to the top and bottom of your banner when this add-on has been selected. Or if you have any special requests for size or location of pockets, we can accommodate. Please just let us know in your order notes.
Banners are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Please allow 1-5 business days depending on your shipping location. We do offer expedited shipping options which will be presented at the time of checkout.
Free shipping is offered on all orders in the continental United States.

If we are able to edit it before processing, we will make sure that the banner makes it to the correct address.

Yes, we will ship to a PO Box or APO, but please allow an additional 1-5 business days.
Because your design is custom, we are not able to restock and resell your banner. Therefore we do not offer cancellations or returns.
If we make any errors, please let us know within 3 days, and we will be more than happy to fix them.
