If for any reason you are not satisfied with your banner purchase, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to come to a resolution. We value your happiness.

Return Policy

Please let us know within 3 days of shipment of any issues you have with your order. We will assume that your order has been accepted if we do not hear from you before then.

Because banners are customized, they cannot be resold. As such, we can only provide refunds if an error was our fault.

Returns will not be accepted for misspellings, or any minor color or size issues. We cannot guarantee exact color matching, or exact banner sizes, as these can vary due to conditions beyond our control. Please let us know before your order has been placed if there are any specific color or size requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We hope you enjoy your banner purchase, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to take care of it.

If you received any faulty hardware, including banner stands, please let us know within 3 days and we will replace them.

We are not responsible to provide refunds or reprints for products that have been used.

Any failures or damages caused by harsh hanging conditions, severe weather, faulty installation, improper care, misuse or overuse are your sole responsibility.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or abusive claims.

If you need to make a return, please contact us to let us know the reason. We will then send you a shipping label for the return.

If the return is due to our error, you will not be responsible for additional shipping charges. We will deduct the following from your refund: $25 for one banner/item or $40 for two or more banners/items (no deduction for our shipping errors; additional $10 deduction for AK & HI). Attach the return label securely to the return package and drop it off at any US Post Office Mailbox.

If we receive a partial return, you will only be refunded for the returned portion.

You can track your return as it makes its way back to us by using the Orders tab in the My Account section.
